Tear Me Up and Stitch Me Back Up Again

"Stitch Me Up and Stitch Me Back Up Again"is a raw visual account of living with BPD and the slow, stubborn process of recovery. Bold, saturated colours represent the soul — bruises, flare-ups, and quiet glows — while threads move across the canvas like gestures of damage and repair, tracing cycles of rupture and return. The work reflects a lived experience of fragmentation and rebuilding, where healing is uneven, deliberate, and shaped through repetition, endurance, and care.
